One twist I just picked up on is that the operations are implied thus
not defined by contract explicitly. Inq, upd, del would not showup as
verbs in the operation. Ex Cust is the contract. Opposed to CustInq.
It is the idea that Cust is the object and get, put, post infer the
verb from the web service point of view. Not advocating it, just
trying to get my head around it. Seem popular in the M$ camp.
